Born December 25, 1917, he professed his vows on August 15, 1938 and was ordained on May 5, 1945. He was on the retreat house staff in West Hartford, Connecticut; West Springfield, Massachusetts; and Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. During his mid-life years he returned to school and obtained a Ph.D. from Boston University. When the monastery in Brighton, Massachusetts was scheduled to close he went to live at St. Catherine’s, Norwood, Massachusetts and then St. Mary’s in Winchester, Massachusetts and St. Louis de France in Lowell, Massachusetts and St. Mark’s in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
