Born September 24, 1912; professed July 27, 1932; ordained May 18, 1940. In 1944 he was stationed at the Preparatory Seminary, Normandy, Missouri. He was a preacher of parish missions. He also served as a missionary to Austria and Germany. Other assignments included hospital chaplain at the Bowman Center of Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital, Chicago, Illinois. He was minister as well to the residents at Daneo Hall, Chicago and chaplain to the Sisters of the Resurrection at their Queens Residence near the Harlem Avenue, Chicago monastery. He was conversant in German, Spanish and Sign language and in his later years pursued the study of Braille when he eyes began to fail. He died in Chicago.
