Born December 7, 1909, professed August 1, 1928 and ordained May 22, 1937, he was assigned as mission procurator for the Passionist Missions in Ensley, Alabama. During his years there he was able to collect money to build two churches, two elementary schools, a high school and a gymnasium, as well as a community hospital. In 1973 he was transferred to Citrus Heights, California where he served as a bookkeeper for the Passionist community and weekend military chaplain at Beale Air Force Base. After a stroke in 1985 he came to the Chicago, Illinois community. In November 1987 he was diagnosed with cancer. In January 1988 he was transferred to Daneo Hall in that Chicago.
