Born January 10, 1914 in Lowell, Massachusetts he professed his vows on August 15, 1934. He was ordained in Brighton, Massachusetts on May 1, 1941. For five years he was on the parish staff at St. Joseph’s, Union City with Father Edward Banks, C.P. and Father Fred Harrer. While in Union City he led the parish Youth Group to “top honors” in the Newark Archdiocesan Contest in Catechetics. For ten years he also served as Secretary of the Passionist Preaching Office. Other assignments included Mexico City, Brighton, and Pittsburgh. When his health was poor he spent several years in Arizona. For fourteen years he was a missionary to Jamaica, West Indies. He died in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
