Born on December 15, 1911 in Butte, Montana, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Reneau. Later his family moved to Kankakee, Illinois. Quentin was ordained a Passionist on June 11, 1938. For some years he taught philosophy and apologetics at the Detroit, Michigan monastery. Later he served as an assistant pastor in the Passionist parishes in Sierra Madre, California, Chicago, and Louisville. From 1951 to 1952 he was the local superior at the Passionist foundation in Clayton, Missouri. He suffered a fatal heart attack on September 24, 1962. He was buried in Chicago, Illinois.
