Celebrate and Contribute to the Passionist History story on Giving Tuesday November 28, 2023

Join with me to look at some exciting past events about the Passionist Historical Archives (PHA). Your donation on this Giving Tuesday helps support the PHA mission to promote past and future understanding of Passionist history, spirituality and ministry. Go to our donation page now. See photos of the many PHA relationships: How the Passionist China Collection (PCC) has relocated to the Ricci Institute for Chinese-Western Culture at Boston College; I have taught this fall 2023 semester in the Theology Department at BC; had a chance to regularly visit the former St. Gabriel’s Monastery, Brighton, MA which is now has been redeveloped at The Overlook at St. Gabriel’s, here in Brighton. I have educated the public on the PCC here at the Ricci Institute and at Boston University. Enjoyable was having taught Modern China during the spring 2023 semester at U of Scranton. My class had the opportunity to hear a guest lecturer from China. Know that the remainder of the PHA still as a home at Special Collections at the U of Scranton Library where we have had a positive relationship since 2013 and still do our best to fulfill requests from researchers. Also from October 15-16, 2022 I represented St. Paul of the Cross Province at the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Passionist foundation in Germany and Austria held in Schwarzenfeld, Germany. You can watch here at the PHA website for important news on famed Passionist Father Viktor Koch and how he endured life as Passionist in Nazi Germany during World War II (1941-1945). With your contribution, large or small you help the Passionist Historical Archives ministry continue. If you have contributed in the past I offer my personal thanks.
